In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Quality Hardware want to assure the public and you our customer, we are taking appropriate steps to protect our customers and our employees. We are continually monitoring the developing situation and making adjustments to our practices in response to the changing conditions. We endeavor to remain open and be a source for the essential supplies you need during these unprecedented times.
When shopping in our stores, please be aware our staff will diligently attempt to maintain a six foot personal distance. Additionally, we are continually disinfecting door handles, register counters and card readers frequently, all cashiers are wearing disposable gloves, and the store hours have been reduced in an effort to do our part in helping mitigate the risk of spreading this virus.
Should you prefer not enter the store to shop, we will take your order by phone (Hudson Falls: 518-747-6344, Saratoga Springs: 518-584-9180) and by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. During these instances, we can provide curbside pickup or delivery. When you choose to place an order for pick up, we will attempt to call, and let you know it is ready. Please allow a minimum of a two-hour window before pickup. When you arrive, call the store, let them know you called in an order for pickup and we will bring the order to your vehicle. For building materials, drive into the lumber yard (Hudson Falls only) and your order will be loaded for you, allowing for minimal physical contact.
We will continue to evaluate and monitor these new practices in an effort to protect you, our customer, and our employees, while continuing to provide service to keep our community running. We ask for your patience in this difficult time, and as always welcome your feedback.
