To ensure the highest quality for our customers, our buyers only purchase premium and better-grade dimensional lumber. Treated lumber is all graded #1, with the occasional exception of timbers.

CDX refers to the grade of the plywood. 'C' and 'D' denote the quality of the two faces (front and back) of the plywood, with 'C' being higher quality than 'D'. 'X' indicates that the plywood is suitable for exterior use due to a type of glue used that is more resistant to moisture.
Listed dimensions (3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″) refer to the thickness of the plywood sheets, and 4×8 indicates the size in feet (4 feet by 8 feet).
“We sell cut sheets upon request” means they can provide these plywood sheets cut to specific sizes as needed by the customer.
OSB is an engineered wood particle board formed by adding adhesives and then compressing layers of wood strands in specific orientations. It's commonly used in construction.
The dimensions listed (7/16″, 15/32″, 5/8″ SE, 3/4″ SE, 3/4″ TG) are the thicknesses of the OSB sheets. SE likely stands for Square Edge, and TG for Tongue and Groove, which are types of edges designed for specific types of joins or installations.

Millenium Slate
Millennium Slate makes rapidly installed slate roofing and wall cladding. Wind tested at 160 mph, and temperature tested from -40F to 250F, this roofing installs in a tenth of the time and at approximately half the weight of conventional slate roofing.
