In-Store Pick-Up Policy
Quality Hardware’s free Pick-Up option offers the convenience of placing an order on SaratogaQualityHardware.com and choosing your preferred pick-up date, time, and store location.
Orders will be ready for pick-up in the pick-up window selected. The customer will receive an email when the order is ready. Store pick-up is only valid at the specific store selected by the customer when placing the order, during the store’s normal operating hours, and only for orders confirmed via in-store order pick-up notification email. A valid photo ID is required for pickup.
