In-Store Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Returns must be within 60 days of the receipt date.
- Return must be in original packaging in resale condition.
- All custom paint mix sales are final.
- All special order sales are final.
- Custom cut item sales are final. These items include; rope, chain, tubing, wire, lumber, pine boards, etc.
- There is a 10-business day waiting period on all check sales.
Online Return Policy
- If you receive an order that arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Quality Hardware at 518-584-9180 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
- Delivery or shipping charges will be refunded if the return is the result of an error by Quality Hardware.
- Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
- All special order sales are final.
- Due to safety hazards, items that use or contain flammable liquids, gases, lithium batteries, or other hazardous materials cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials. Please return these items to Quality Hardware.
